Starting in September 2025, this strategic leadership role will give you the opportunity to shape our approach to teaching, behaviour and school development alongside a supportive and driven SLT. You’ll have the chance to lead change, support colleagues and help deliver excellent outcomes for our pupils.

You’ll be:

• Leading on whole-school behaviour and ensuring consistency across staff teams.
• Working alongside the Headteacher to deliver the vision and development plan.
• Monitoring the quality of teaching and contributing to curriculum improvement.
• Supporting staff development, performance and wellbeing.
• Helping ensure resources and planning align with our goals for pupil success.
